- The PINKDROP game incentivizes users by matching parachain spheres, reserving 15% of $PINK for top players.
- More than 14,000 players have explored PINKDROP, generating 225,000 sessions in the first month after its launch.
The Polkadot network has recently enriched its community with the launch of a new token called $PINK. This is accompanied by an online game, PINKDROP, whose purpose is twofold: to increase interaction within the community and to present a playful way to better understand the network.

To start with, 12.5% of the $PINK tokens have been distributed among fourteen selected parachains within the network, such as Moonbeam, Bifrost and Astar. The particularity of this distribution lies in the freedom that each parachain has to decide how to share these tokens with its users, thus encouraging active collaboration.
PINKDROP is another proposal within this scenario, being a casual game accessible from the browser. Here, users are tasked with grouping spheres, each representing a different parachain, in order to form the largest possible sphere.
This mechanic not only symbolizes the union and expansion of the Polkadot community but also incentivizes collective play through rewards in $PINK. In fact, 15% of the total token supply is earmarked for the most outstanding players, with extra bonuses for those who share their victories on social networks.
In just one month since its introduction, PINKDROP has captured the attention of more than 14,000 unique players, amassing more than 225,000 play sessions. This initial success signals not only the game’s appeal but also $PINK’s potential to foster further interaction within the Polkadot ecosystem.
In addition to entertainment, the launch of $PINK and PINKDROP has an educational component, providing users with an interactive window into the workings of Polkadot. This strategy underscores the network’s commitment to innovation and gamification as tools to strengthen its community.
