D3 Global, a leading DNS domain provider, has recently enhanced its payment system to accept Shiba Inu (SHIB) and Bone ShibaSwap (BONE) on Shibarium. This change facilitates direct payments from Shibarium addresses, eliminating the need to convert these tokens back to Ethereum, which simplifies transactions for users.

The integration of SHIB and BONE into D3 Global’s payment options reflects the company’s adaptation to the increasing use of cryptocurrencies in digital transactions, particularly in the blockchain and Web3 sectors. This is designed to meet the growing demand for more flexible and cryptocurrency-friendly payment methods among users securing Web3 domain names.

To use this new payment feature, users must visit the D3.app website, connect their digital wallet, and select the desired domain name. The platform then displays the domain’s price in USD and allows payment with SHIB or BONE, directly from the user’s Shibarium address. This system streamlines the payment process by removing the step of token bridging to Ethereum.
Additionally, D3 Global has introduced a new feature that allows for the direct minting of domain names to users’ wallets immediately upon purchase. This follows D3 Global’s strategic partnership with Shiba Inu in December to launch a .shib top-level domain, marking Shiba Inu as a pioneer in blockchain-specific domain solutions.
Following the partnership, D3 Global also conducted a promotional campaign to further engage the Shiba Inu community, offering specially themed domain names through a giveaway.
