- Trump Media files for five thematic ETFs focused on American industry and national identity through Truth Social Funds brand.
- Scheduled for late 2025 launch on NYSE Arca, with Yorkville America Equities serving as sponsor and adviser.
Trump Media has registered five new exchange-traded funds with regulators. The company filed paperwork with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This action marks the firm’s continued expansion into financial products.
The proposed ETFs follow specific thematic approaches. Each fund links to particular areas of American industry and national identity. This follows the company’s earlier applications for cryptocurrency ETFs connected to Bitcoin and Ethereum.
These new investment products will carry the Truth Social Funds branding. Their planned launch window falls in the latter half of 2025. Approval would see the funds trading on the NYSE Arca platform.
Yorkville America Equities managed the regulatory submission process. The same firm will act as both sponsor and investment adviser. Trump Media has not yet revealed fee structures for the funds. Such details customarily emerge closer to a product’s launch date.
Each ETF addresses a separate economic segment. The Truth Social American Icons ETF will contain companies seen as representative of American culture. The American Security & Defense ETF will center on national defense and security businesses.
A third fund, named the American Next Frontiers ETF, will invest in technology and industrial companies. The American Energy Security ETF will focus on firms involved in domestic energy production. The final fund, the American Red State REITs ETF, will concentrate on real estate investment trusts based in states that generally support Republican policies.
