Bitcoin heavyweight Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR) has expanded its already massive Bitcoin treasury, acquiring an additional 390 BTC for $43.4 million at an average price of $111,053 per coin, according to a new SEC Form 8-K filing released today.
Executive Chairman Michael Saylor confirmed the purchase on X, noting that the company’s Bitcoin yield has reached 26% year-to-date in 2025. As of October 26, Strategy now holds 640,808 BTC, accumulated for approximately $7.44 billion at an average purchase price of $74,032 per Bitcoin.

The latest purchase reinforces Strategy’s commitment to using Bitcoin as its primary treasury reserve asset, a move that has positioned the company as the world’s largest corporate holder of the cryptocurrency.
Saylor emphasized that the strategy continues to outperform traditional assets, reflecting the firm’s long-term conviction in Bitcoin’s scarcity and monetary resilience.
The SEC filing lists the company’s stock classes, including its Nasdaq Global Select Market tickers MSTR, STRC, STRK, STRF, and STRD, underscoring the firm’s diversified capital structure.
