Blaze Token in the Spotlight with Significant SHIB Burn
Shiba Inu, a popular cryptocurrency, continues to witness token burns initiated by significant entities and community members alike. Recently, Blaze Token, a project tied to Shiba Inu, gained attention after announcing the burning of 3.6 billion SHIB tokens, a value equivalent to $31,621. This move marked one of the most significant SHIB burn transactions in 2023.

This is not Blaze Token’s first burn, as it previously executed several burns involving billions of tokens in separate lots. Due to these efforts, the project has been responsible for some of the largest SHIB lot burns recently. Consequently, the total number of SHIB tokens destroyed by Blaze Token reached an impressive milestone of 11.5 billion SHIB.
New Tools for SHIB Burning Launching in June 2023
Aside from Blaze, other projects like Koyo Token have actively participated in SHIB burns, considering themselves allies of the canine-themed cryptocurrency. In a recent development, Wolf AI, a video AI-based editing platform, pledged to burn trillions of Shiba Inu tokens annually. The platform will achieve this by burning 2% of fees on every transaction made in their native token, while also committing 15% of its revenue to burn Shiba Inu tokens.
The SHIB community is now eagerly anticipating June 2023, as Shibburn, the SHIB burn tracker, disclosed details about its next burn initiative. According to the announcement, Shibburn will migrate to a new website and introduce multiple tools to facilitate SHIB burns. These tools will be accessible to users, allowing them to create personalized Shibburn bios, display their links, and use NFTs with OpenSea, Blur, and the integrated Shibburn marketplace.
Moreover, the community members will get the chance to earn “reward tokens” when they burn tokens. Additionally, the new Shibburn website will include free plugins for WordPress and Drupal, enabling users to seamlessly integrate the service into their platforms, making the burn process more convenient.
