The Digital Chamber, a major trade association for the blockchain and digital asset industries, launched a new “State Network” on November 17, 2025, to expand its advocacy efforts into state and local governments and support pro-crypto candidates in the upcoming 2026 midterm elections.
Goals of the State Network
- Policy Advocacy: The primary goal is to push for clear, pro-innovation digital asset policies at the state level.
- Education: The network aims to educate state legislators and local officials on the benefits of developing principled digital asset policies.
- Unified Voice: By leveraging its national brand and members, the Chamber seeks to provide a coordinated and unified voice for state-level advocacy efforts.
- Support for Candidates: The initiative will support and boost pro-crypto candidates in the 2026 races and beyond.
Key Initiatives
- Partnership with Future Caucus: The State Network is partnering with Future Caucus, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that works with young elected officials in state legislatures and Congress. This collaboration will help “rising leaders get clear on the facts” about digital assets.
- Grants Pilot Program: A pilot program is set to debut in 2026 to provide grants to university blockchain clubs, community innovation organizations, and state blockchain associations to bolster local education and advocacy groups.
- Leadership: Anastasia Dellaccio, the Chamber’s executive director of state and regional affairs, is leading the new network.
The launch signifies the crypto industry’s recognition that state-level policy can significantly impact the U.S.’s position as a global leader in digital assets and innovation.
