Bitcoin is approaching a decisive technical threshold that could determine whether the market’s bullish momentum continues or stalls.
Analysts are closely watching the Golden Ratio Multiplier’s 350-day moving average (DMA), a long-term indicator that has historically separated bull and bear phases. According to Bitcoin Magazine Pro, the multiplier currently sits near $101,500 and is climbing steadily each day, a level that, if retested or broken, could confirm a new expansion phase for BTC.

Technical Pressure Mounts Around $107K
Market analyst Daan Crypto Trades noted that Bitcoin recently failed to sustain a push above its 4-hour 200-period moving average and exponential moving average (200 MA/EMA). Price action quickly fell back toward the $107,000 support region, mirroring the structure seen in earlier mid-cycle corrections.

Daan highlighted that reclaiming the 4H trend remains essential for Bitcoin to regain short-term momentum, though he cautioned that the current setup offers limited trading opportunities until confirmation appears.
Gold’s Sharp Drop May Reignite Bitcoin Demand
Adding a macro perspective, Michaël van de Poppe pointed to a dramatic 8% plunge in gold, describing it as an extreme and unsustainable outlier.

He believes the metal has likely peaked, paving the way for capital rotation into higher-beta assets such as Bitcoin once risk appetite returns. Van de Poppe suggested that a “soft” U.S. CPI print and a resolution to the ongoing government shutdown could trigger renewed liquidity inflows, conditions that historically favor crypto rallies.
Market Outlook
At press time, Bitcoin trades near $108,000, consolidating between major support and resistance zones. Analysts agree that breaching the $101,500-$107,000 corridor decisively would signal the market’s next major move.

A sustained recovery above the 200 DMA could re-establish Bitcoin’s long-term uptrend, while failure to hold these levels may invite further corrections as traders assess macro volatility and liquidity flows across traditional and digital assets.
